I'm super particular about makeup and wear makeup every day so I want someone that does dramatic looks (I'm SO not a natural look girl-and not afraid to admit it either!)
I was looking for someone to do the trial on December 13 (soon!) my office throws a huge black tie holiday party each year so I figure it would be the best time to try someone out.
Do you know any MUA that would travel to you to do the trial? I will be staying at the Melville Marriott that day and will be getting ready there.
any help would be appreciated!!

M*I*A is phenomenal. If you do a search you will see that everyone loves her. I am using her for my wedding day. She does hair and makeup and will travel to you. She lives in Huntington and I think as long as you are within a 30 mile radius she will travel to you at no extra charge. If it's longer, I think it's .50 extra per mile or something. I don't think she generally travels for hair/makeup trials, but since Melville is close to Huntington maybe she will or you could easily travel to her.

Niquay Fa came to me for the trial. I loved the trial so much, I booked her on the spot for my wedding and for my engagement pics.

I used maureen pedala, she does airbrush. She is located in manhattan but the day of she comes to you. For trial though you go to her and the trial is free, however for day of its more than the average price so kinda makes up for the free trial.
