I see everyone talking about hair trials and makeup trials - haven't even started looking? Am I too late in the game? Can you guys tell me what the difference is in air brushing over regular makeup? Why one would be chosen over the other? And whom did you use so I can make a call list! FM me if you don't want to post! TIA

Hey! You're not too late but I would start looking now so you can secure who you want to use for your wedding day!
Airbrush is lighter and withstands mositure better like if its humid out or you are sweating... It also makes you skin look FLAWLESS!!
I am using Christy from Christy Ann Cosmetics she is AMAZING!! I have trial pics in my album
Hair I am using Roseanna Amador..Also Amazing!!! trial pics in album!! Hope this helps!

Re: Makeup and Hair
You're not late at all. I did go for my makeup trial early because I know that who I wanted to book was a popular vendor so I wanted to make sure I got my date. But I didn't go for my first hair trial until last weekend.
I'd say definitely start searching around for vendors for both and start to contact them about pricing and booking trials.
As far as the difference between airbrush/traditional, the only thing I have been told is that with traditional (which my MUA prefers), it's easier to blend the colors together and it will look more natural. I've also heard that airbrush doesn't work well on oily or combination skin.
HTH!

Re: Makeup and Hair
You're not too late. I just made calls for a hair trial last week.
Kelly Glam Me Up is a doll - I'm using her for makeup. She did a fab job and it lasted all night for my engagement party. Airbrushing actually looks FAR more natural then regular makeup and actually blended perfectly. It's MUCH lighter than reg makeup so you feel like you're not wearing any.

Re: Makeup and Hair
my makeup artist told me that there really isn't any difference between airbrush and traditional; whether it tooks natural and lasts all day/night depends on the application of the makeup.
