Makeup Artist help needed...

So I have my hair trial this Saturday w/ Jenn the Hair Genie and I've been waiting on Oksana to get back to me to see if she is also available. Turns out she's holding my wedding date for someone else (wonder if you're on here ).

So now I want to find someone else.. preferrably in the vicinity of Queens so that I don't have to travel far for the trial (don't mind NYC, but don't think I'd do Suffolk)... any suggestions??

i'm with you on this subject, i live in forest hills and not an airbrush artist exists on austin street...i've contacted 4 makeup artists already (vendors on here) and all are booked for my date (still waiting for oksana to get back to me, but i'm not optimistic!)

well dont worry if the vendor is from LI bc they travel to you, wellmost of them will however jacqueline nicole wont travel to queens

I am using maureen pedala, i live in queens and shes in manhattan but shes coming to me.

Also check out sachiko yanese(not sure if i spelled last name right) but alot of girls on this site have used her so you can ask

i had booked airbrush for my e-pics but unfortunately another make up artist took the machine for it that day for a job she had so never got to see it...the girl did the bare minerals on me and did a great job so im sure their airbrush comes out good too...its $40 for regular make up and $65 for airbrush, not sure if they'll charge more if you're a bride, which alot of places do

call maximus...ask to speak to nina, (jeanine)...she can do your trial..

I'll have to check maureen pedala out. Doesn't she do both hair and makeup? I thought maybe she wouldn't just do one, if I decided to book Jenn.
