Makeup ....flipping out

So my first makeup artist double booked and I got ousted from her day and she recommended someone else who I had a trial with. I paid $50 for the trial and left a $50 deposit (MY MISTAKE) By the end of the day I wasn't so happy and I called her to see if we could go heavier, do a little more on my eyes etc...she said she would have to charge me another trial!!! I'm sorry but I think this is very wrong. Can you girls pelase recommend others???? Not too much $$?? Travel to Queens??? My date is close so a lot of people are booked

I have an awesome m/u artist .. she will travel and bring an asst if needed. Shes charging like $65 or $70 pp .... plus a travel fee. FM if you want details ..

I think you should call her back and say that as a bride, paying for her service, the least she can do to satisfy you is to give you a trial for free, since you were unhappy. I would be firm and if she refuses, I would tell her its poor business to want to charge you again. Or even to offer to cut the fee in half. Otherwise, tell her you will not need her services.
