I have not-perfect skin with monthly breakouts. I am looking for a makeup artist that will do my makeup so that it covers well without looking cakey, and lasts!!!!
Suggestions???

Can I make a suggestion?
Have you ever tried Proactiv? I started using Proactiv about 1 1/2 month ago and it really has helped my skin.

Thanks hon, I will look into it. I have never felt it was bad enough to do anything about it (kinda lazy) but I do break out in certain places, and I know that it will show up a lot more in the pics
Thanks for the advice! P.S. who are you using? (that way I know not to bother with them, as we are the same day LOL)

I really didn't have bad skin, just broke out in certain areas too. Since I have been using Proactiv my skin has been so much better, smoother, more even, and softe. My FI has even noticed my skin is better. It overall just looks better.
Jacqueline Nicole is doing my make-up for the wedding. She did my make-up for our engagement pictures too.

Do you ever get facials? I would try doing it once a month 6 months before your wedding it really helps w/ clearing up your skin. I used to do facials thats why I think it might be a good idea. Also if you can get a good makeup artist who also does corrective work too or camaflauge that would be great too. Do you have acne too?

I work in beauty and I can tell you the absolute secret of make up artists and magazine editors is Dermablend. It is a very dense pigment so it is a medical coverage makeup but if you just use a little it can hide anything.

well if monthly facials are not in your wedding budget....Bath & Body Works has a great mask that you can do weekly. It's Neem from the neem tree in India and it is for oily skin, or skin that is prone to break outs. It's $16.00 and I love it!
