Makeup--for girls who are married

Did your makeup artist stay the whole day for touchups and things like that?

I'm taking pictures before the ceremony and I feel like I want the makeup artist to be there if I need any touch ups...did you girls feel like your makeup really lasted all day??

Did your makeup artist give you stuff to be able to do touch ups yourself??

two of my friends are having their hair & makeup person stay the entire wedding for touch-ups and whatnot ... but they're paying about $2000 for that which, to me is insane!!! It's for them and 3 or 4 other girls.

I did not have my makeup artist stay with me all day. She gave me the lipstick that she used, though, so I could touch that up during the day. Other than that, I did not need any touch ups.

Wow! That's a lot of money. Most of the makeup artists I looked at have full day prices and they are definitely less then $2000...I'm just not sure if I will really need them there or not though...

I'm having my makeup artist stay through the ceremony, so she can touch me up after. It'll be extra, but I'm a crier, so it's worth it to me!

I did the same thing, I had the lip gloss that she used so I could do touch ups later on, my makeup lasted the whole day and I had no problems. I wouldn't spend the extra money to have her stay the whole day.
