Makeup/ Foundation

Makeup/ Foundation

I plan on using MAC for eyeshadow, blush, lipstick, etc. but I don't know how I feel about their foundation.... It's very heavy. Any sugestions? I've heard Bare Minerals is great and Clinique foundations are good for girls with acne prone skin like me!
Thanks ladies

I really like Lorac foundations. Go to Sephora one day and try out a few.
I've never used Bare Minerals so I don't really know about that, and I'm horribly allergic to all Clinique products even though they claim to be hypoallergetic.

I use bareminerals and I like it. it is very light.. since its just powder. I feel like you have to have good skin to begin with b/c it doesn't cover or conceal much. I wear it for day to day b/c its good for my skin... plus I like very natural minimal makeup.... but if you are looking for wedding day or special occasion makeup I would look elsewhere.

I love this make-up very light and it will last all day.

Thanks ladies! I'll be sure to go to Sephora and give the Maybelline Super Stay a try.

I love Mary Kay's foundation. It's non-comedogenic (sp?) so it doesn't clog the pores. It doesn't feel like you're wearing anything, but it covers really well. I am tooting my own horn, (I sell the products)...but I sell them because I really do love them!! Give it a try, see what you think! All of our trials are free, like Mac (I think Mac is free), so you have nothing to lose!! Good Luck!
