makeup help

I come to you for advice ...not for me though. My FH brother is getting married and his wedding is in April of this year. My FMIL asked me to recommend a makeup artist and get some info for her makeup. She also wanted some price advice... what would be a good/typical price for her makeup the day of the wedding?

Between $100-$175 is average for the bride (there are some lower, and some MUCH higher).
