I am a makeup artist but of course I wont be doing my own makeup for the wedding (i want to feel pampered too)....i just spoke to a makeup artist who is a LIW vendor and all the seem to love her but her prices are a bit confusing.
Her price for the Bride and Bridesmaid are $100 each. But that makes no sense to me...aren't bridesmaids suppose to be less? I know I charged less for other members in the bridal party.

It does seem much for bridesmaids to pay the same as a bride. My MUA is $100 for the bride and $65-75 for the girls.

I believe i know which vendor you are speaking, and yes, I've found BM usually to be less.... you will find other MUA that do this.
I have prices for a different LIW vendor - she's doing mine - I only have one picture in my album, but you can check it out and FM if you'd like.

I'm using a MUA that is a newer vendor on here. I know she charges less for the BP. I'm going for a free trail this weekend to try different colors.
I think most of them charge less for the BP.

the prices I am paying are different between bride and bridesmaid.....however, I really don't understand why the bride pays more....the same amount of makeup is being used!

I have not really started looking into this but when i saw vendors at a bridal show bm were cheaper than the bride and the same went for the hair bm were chaper.

when i do makeup for brides i use a lot more makeup and its a lot more detailing, contouring, and highlighting (plus lashes). the bride has to stand out and look spectacular
