are you looking for foundation? I would look at Cargo, Make up forever or Lancome.

Re: makeup reccomendation
i know u said no powder but this is more like a dry foundation that u can also wear wet. I swear by it! its not thick and covers everything!
clinque has a good liquid foundation. I wear bare minerals but its a powder

I love clinique and urban decay. But both can get pricey.
the best face makeup that I've used when I'm broke has been Maybelline.

Armani foundation...you can get it at Bloomies and its surprisingly affordable...well, at least comparable in price to many of the brand name dept store offerings.

I love Bare Escentials (spelling?) my skin is so sensitive and it's about the only thing I find to prevent my skin from irritation.

I've used Stila Sheer Tinted Moisturizer for years and it's great. Not heavy like foundation, has SPF, evens skin tone, oil free. You can try it at sephora's before you buy.
If you are worried about redness, a green tinted moisturizer helps even things out. I think Stila also has one of those.

clinique's foundation is the best!
i have a lot of redness and it covers it right up and it feels natural and light while doing it!

Re: makeup reccomendation
I used to use bare essentials but its messy to carry with you. I hade been ussing Lancome liquid which is really good but a little pricey. I just bought mac and they insisted it was the right color for me but i think its to yellow and i am not in love. I borrowed my sisters clinique today and id seemed to be closer to Lancome so i may go get that.
