makeup recommendations?

can anyone recommend a good makeup artist that does airbrushing? i'd love it if someone would come to my house, but i'm willing to travel if it's close (i'll be in bay shore).

also, if you have any ideas about approximate prices, that'd be very helpful. =0)

I am not sure if she does airbrushing, but I used Erica from POD Spa (an LIW Vendor) and she was great to work with. You may alsoe want to post on the vendor helping brides section.

Jacqueline Nicole...

A friend recommended her to me...I'm having a trial done on Tuesday night (airbrushing). Keep an eye out for my pics...

Here is her website...I think she is a vendor on here.

I used Jacqueline Nicole & loved her!! She travels to your house for Day Of...you go to her for the trial...and i beleive it's $150 for airbrush for the bride...trial & day of pics in albums (i wanted a very light natural look, but she can also do more glammed up as well.)

Re: makeup recommendations?

airbrushing is not for every girl
Sometimes it can grab on to the imperfections in the skin and look worse.

A great makeup artist can work wonders with foundation like a paint brush. Foundation will allow room for error with cying and sweat during the 'big day'

Airbrush usually CANNOT be retouched.
keep that in mind.

I used Denise from Angel Eyes. She is a vendor on this site that travels to you for the day of. She does airbrushing. Her prices are very reasonable and she does amazing work. I have pics from my trial and wedding in my album. Here is her site:

Airbrishing will be great for you since you're getting married in July. It feels so much lighter and doesn't get all cakey in the humidity.

JN was one of my favorite vendors. She was wonderful, put me at ease the day of, and my make up was FLAWLESS the entire day and night. I did the airbrush b/c I hate liquid foundation (I rarely wear make up and I really didn't feel like I had any on with the airbrush). It was great.

Can't recommend her enough! Pics in my albums.
