I had trials w/ traditional and airbrush make-up. I definitely thought the airbrushed looked and felt better...much lighter.
On the day of my wedding I was going to use airbrush but after discussing it with my makeup artist I decided not. My makeup artist is someone who works within the industry and also do work for Bride's magazine and she specifically told me that all it is about is just a matter of spraying it on the face and it costs more. I have tried both airbrush and natural and I went with the traditional makeup. It is about finding the right makeup artist to do your face and some one who knows what they are doing. I did not mind spending the couple hundred to have mine done by a high profile makeup artist.
i think the airbrush feels much lighter than traditional. i also like the idea that the airbrush does not rub off and is tear-proof (i am a cryer, and know i will be at my own wedding!) it doesn't require as many touch-ups as traditional

I had my makeup airbrushed for my e-pics and I got many compliments on how my skin 'glowed' in the pictures. Very natural and not cakey at all. I plan on having my makeup for the day of airbrushed as well.
i had airbrushing done and i had her airbrush this special moisturizer on top so that i wouldn't feel too dry and caked on. honestly it's a lot of makeup either way for the pics. i'm not a big make-up person but i was happy with the airbrushing and it stayed all day.
If you're going to airbrush, you have to go w/ someone who really knows what they're doing. I used Maureen Pedala, and I LOVED my makeup - I had a trial w/ another person and she made me look like a corpse (CAKED on makeup) FM if you want her name, I won't post it
