makeup trial

Tell me what you think and be honest....
the truth is, I really do like it. the only thing that makes me concerned is that I am no where near that pale, and I'm scarily white looking. i know for a fact that I will be tanner for the wedding but its still making me feel uneasy - because i wasnt even that pale when i had the makeup done.
I'm torn between this and having one of my bm do my makeup - shes incredible and she did it for me a few weeks ago just to see and it really did come out great. but is it gonna be too crazy for her the day of to do it for me?? I wish I had a pic of how I looked when she did it.... I donno, I just feel like my makeup looks better when I do it myself when I go out!! Why is this stressing me out so much???

Well, I'm not really comparing it to anything (sorry, I didn't pull up your amazing engagement picts) but you look BEAUTIFUL! Perhaps if you posted another picture of how you look 'made up' we could see if you're ghostly looking. Right now, your skin looks like porcelein (i mean that as a compliment.)

I think you look great!! Maybe you could post a pic of how you (or your BM) normally do your makeup. It would be a great way to save money, but I think that with everything that will be going on that day you might want a professional there to take care of the makeup. I just pictured myself trying to apply eyeliner with a shaky hand and that was enough to convince me I needed to hire someone!

wow you are very pretty ask the Make up artist if she would be able to blend the make-up better once you are tan

thanks guys! I DO think it looks great, its just so different and I'm not used to being that white!! I'm gonna have to have my friend do it again and take pics....
Anyways, Oksana did my makeup. and can I just say - she is the sweetest woman in the world, i love her! whether she does my makeup or not I wanna be her bff!!!

I really like the make-up.. and if you are worried about the looking too pale-- changing the make-up artist may not be best-- you don't want it all caked on or anything.

I think I am going to start my tanning soon- so, the make up I choose for wedding day will work with my 'tanner coloring'.. Try going tanning once and redoing the make up if you are concerned.

I think you look beautiful- but YOU need to love it..

you look incredible. I say go for it.

I could have had my sister do my makeup - she is incredible, and was willing, but I thought it would be so much more of an 'occasion' for us all to be pampered by someone outside the BP on that day. You know?
