Makeup Trial ??

Hi ladies-
I have my very first makeup trial tonight, i am sooo excited!!
A few questions..

Did you book your makeup artist on the spot?
How many trials did you go to before you booked a makeup artist?
How long should I expect to be there?

I didnt book mine on the spot. I went home and tried the top of my gown on, showed my mom and sisters, and decided that I loved it and called back a day later and booked. Plus I think its important to see how you look outside in natural light. Sometimes the lighting or lack of lighting in stores/homes can cause your makeup to look different than it really is.

I had 3 other trials before booking Denise.

The trial took about 30 minutes.

Yes, I booked on the spot, I had one trial. I thought it looked great, and honestly the trials are just too expensive to do. If I had really hated it, I would have booked another trial.
I had hair and makeup together and was there for about an hour.

I have one tonight and one next week so hopefully I will the makeup artist and love her work and book!!
Another quick question, how much should I tip?
