Makeup Trial

I have a makeup trial tonight (my first one!)... I'm bringing pictures of me in my dress and a few pictures of me with makeup on (I don't wear makeup all the time).

Two Questions:
Should I bring anything else?
Do I have to tip the makeup artist for the trial?

I brought some pictures of makeup styles that I like........my dress picture and my hairstyle picture..... also, be sure to let your artist know if it's a day or evening wedding
