makeup trial tmw

I am having a trial tomorrow. My question is should i have an idea picked out or a specific look? Or just leave it up to her?

I know that i want it to look natural(since i feel like i look sooo diff with facemakeup) with possibly a brown smokey eye.. is that enough of a description? lol

Either way is fine. On my wedding day, I told the MUA exactly what I wanted the look to be. When I did my boudoir photos, I told them to just go crazy and do whatever they thought would look good. Both ways turned out excellent!

Thanks for posting this question. I have my trial next weekend and I don't have any pictures. I have an idea of what I want, but I wasn't sure if that was enough for the makeup artist to go by.
