Okay so i had my very first hair and makeup trial. I was very pleased with the hair but before I can take a picture of it the woman took off the tiara, veil and the bobby pins. You can see the curls though and I love them Now on to the makeup part of it. IF I wear makeup its nothing drastic....Im a rather plain Jane when it comes to makeup so maybe Im just not used to the look. I think there is too much blush, not a fan of the lipstick and not too sure about the eyes? Your honest opinions are most appreciated!
Nan, I like the eyes maybe just alittle less on the lower part of the eye....but other then that love it. If you dont like the lipstick just use one that you already have and are used to,

I cant believe you didnt take any pics of your hair done....UMMM HELLO didnt the lady know you wanted to take pics??

I don't dislike your MU, but I think the artist can do a better job for you! I think pinks would look better with your skin tone and maybe will make you feel a bit better since you usually wear minimal makeup. Maybe talk with your MU person and see what she thinks of toning it down if your're unhappy? GL!

the hair is nice...but i do agree with everything you said about the make up...The bottom part of the eyes i dont know about, and i think especially as the day goes on it will get smudged, but even besides that the liner on the bottom is too thick, and i think a different lipstick color will compliment you alot better. Especially since you said you don't usually wear alot of make up. The eyeshadow part looks real nice though.
I would just go back to her and tell her exactly what you want to change...less blush, the bottom part of the eyes and to try a different lipstick color

That's weird that she undid your hair without taking pics ... even for her own records, if you were to book her and want her to do it the same way on your wedding day. A little odd and shady if you ask me!
I left my hair & makeup trial with everything still done! AND Mia took pics for me with her camera and with mine too!!
I like the makup on your eyes and the lipcolor too ... but I agree about using a little less blush.

Hmmm..this is a tough one. The first pic I like the way the make up looks..but in the second..the eyeshadow seems to strong, I dunno. I am kinda in the same boat..I dont like the whole dramatic look..I like soft and natural.

I knoe everyone already mentioned it.. but yes less around the eyes... i actually think more of a shadow on the bottom.. with no liner and no bottom mascara so u get the smoky effect .. and less eyeshadow on the top with 2 coats of thickening mascara bc u have beautiful eyes and u want to accent them!!! .. but not with black liner. haha .. love the curls though

just wanted to add that i think the shadow on your eyelids looks gorgeous and I wouldnt change that at all. I love a dramatic eye! I just think less on the bottom lash area, diff lip color, and I dont think blush is really too much. If youre not crazy about it, Id try another vendor and see how you like it. You never know.

LOL Yeah, I left the pics at my parents house!!!!!!! When I go back for the second one I'll make sure that I dont forget them!!!
