So I went on a makeup bender this weekend haha. Which trial do you like better? Please be brutally honest, I'm well aware that I'm not going to be winning the most beautiful bride superlative, but I just want to get a feel for what you girls think came out better on me.

First, to see what we had to work with, the scary before pic...

AHHHHHHH!!!!!!!!!! Now that that's over, here's trial 1(professional):

i really like the second one it has a softer romantic feel , love the eyes !!!!.. #1 photographed is muchmore rich and runway makeup

I really like the way your skin and eyes came out in trial 1. But I love the lip color in trial 2 more. You look beautiful either way but if you were to go with 2 maybe have the artist go a little darker on your eyes.

Well girls...I have to admit something. I haven't exactly been forthcoming with you all. I wanted to do a little experiment.

Trial 1 was a trial, done by a professional.

Trial 2 was....me.

Every time I have ever had my makeup done professionally, I've been very disappointed with the outcome. I never feel like it looks as good as when I do my makeup myself. I wanted to get my makeup done for the wedding so I didnt have to have the stress of doing it myself, but now I feel if I get ym makeup done and am unhappy with myself, it will ruin my pictures forever.

I'm not 100% sure if this is the route I'm going to take yet, but your thoughts definitely reinforced it. I had a feeling majority would rule 'trial' 2!

I just voted for trial #2. The makeup in #1 is good. But for trial #2 you look like a beautiful blushing bride.

YOU did a fantastic job and should def do it yourself on the day of. You can do mine too!!
