Unfortunately Mia was booked on my date. I did have a trial with one of her associates. I did not love that trial - I was looking for a very natural light makeup and that trial was much heavier than what I wanted.
I was thinking of using Maximus salon, but I got my makeup done there recently and was unhappy with it. The makeup didn't look fresh, the women had to squeeze the last drop of foundation out of the bottle, and my mascara came out all clumpy looking, she didn't even bother to curl my long lashes. On top of that my face was very shinny after about 3 hours, she obviously didn't use a good foundation. Also the colors she used were heavy, meanwhile I had told her I was looking for a light, natural daytime look. I could have done my own makeup better than that if I took my time.
