How on earth do I choose a makeup artist that is right for me? I have three popular vendors that I have narrowed it down to ...
Oksana Stacey D Sandra Baldini
But I cant afford to do trials with each of them! Should I want airbrush or not? I dont know WHAT to do! Can someone point me in the right direction?

I'm booked with Kelly from Glam Me Up and shes amazing!! I know shes not on your list but she does do trials for $25 which includes airbrushing and lashes. Might be something to think about if you are interested.
Also, you're getting married in May, I'd definitely go with airbrushing...I'm sure it'll be warm and better safe than sorry to airbrush and make sure your makeup stays put!!

I'm using andrea from lola loves makeup. She was $35.
I would say try Oksana even though she is not airbrush. I never made it to my tiral with her b/c I wanted to book someone less $$$ but I hear she is FAB

i am not using either of these three women for my day of makeup. but i did use Oksana for my bpics and she was amazing and apleasure towork with so i would highly recomment her!

Lola Loves Makeup quotes me a lot more than two of the girls I listed. I am just trying to sort it all out and fast!

I just came across your post...I emailed you Sandra Baldini's info but wanted to share that I had tried to contact Oksana as well. The intial response to my email only took a day or two but then when i wanted to set up a trial i got no reply for 1 month!!! Needless to say i already booked with sandra

She may have recently raised her prices
I know I had a trial with kelly from glam me up and the price was more than others.

I also had trouble communicating with Oksana. I e-mailed her to see if I could move up my appointment and a few days later to cancel my appt with her bc i booked with someone else. I havn't gotten a response to either e-mail. In the end I think it's better off bc I don't think my bridsmaids could afford her. However, I would sched. a trial with her. You can steal my oct 24th date!

Sandra Baldini is amazing! I thought I wanted airbrush but she said that she preferred to do natural since it's easier to blend and it looks more natural. I loved the way my trial came out and booked her on the spot. She also did FSIL's MU for her wedding and she looked beautiful!
