If I dont have my dress pickedo ut yet, is it bad to do a makeup trial? its my engagement party next weekend so i figured i'd get my makeup done and start the search that way... but now im seeing people's posts about wearing something similar to your dress color... hmmm thoughts?

Unless you are a bride that wants something truly unusual (like solid red) for a wedding gown, instead of white, diamond white, ivory or champagne, I see no reason not to have a makeup trial before you pick a dress. And even then, if you know red is your color choice for a wedding dress, why not wear a red shirt for your makeup trial?

i think you could do make-up before you have your dress.....possibly hair - but i think for hair you may want you dress - just to make sure it looks good w/ it.
