Is the person you have doing your hair or makeup doing it for your bridal party too? Since my wedding is so early, I wanted to have more than 1 person doing my hair and the 3 girls' hair, and same with makeup - just to save time. Am I making sense?! What are you girls doing, espeically if you're having an early wedding before salons are open?

you can have 1 person do your hair and 1 for MU. most vendors on here are used to doing weddings every weekend with multiple people...and they know how to get the job done within a certain time limit....i will FM you some ideas!

I have one hair girl and one makeup girl that will come to my house to do mine and 8 other girls hair and makeups. Like MJDOC12 said, they are used to do this every weekend so can plan their time and your time accordingly.

Well, Denise Venti said she needs 2 hours for my hair and 45 minutes with each girl, and my photographer wants me ready at 8am! If there's one person doing everything I would be getting up at 4am, which is fine but I would hate to ask the girls to get ready that early.

well i know denise venti does amazing work. but my hair girl did my hair for my trial (Bridget Rock) in less than 1 hour. and you can see in my community album who amazing she did it. every stylist is different. i suppose you could get a separate person for everyone else and just have a specific hair person for you....talk to some artists and see what they say.

I have the same problem - early wedding I dont know what to do either - who is doing everyones hair and makeup - I think I will prefer 2 people for each job so we're not crazy at 6am!
I dont have a hair lady down there :( or makeup?

Thanks so much for all your info!! Your hair and makeup looked GORGEOUS! I'll definitely have to look into it more. Maybe my regular hair salon would even open early for us. Anyone ever done this?

And most vendors give you better rates depending on the amount of people that they'll be doing. That may be something to consider as well.

I am having more then one girl come. There is no way one person could do everyone unless she started 5 hours early!!!
