Making a head piece into a comb?
I have a rhinestone studded flower accent that I want to make into a comb to wear in my hair. I bought it from MACYS bridal. Does anyone know where I can take this (a legit place) that can put my metal flower clip on a comb? I would rather not go to a flea market. Any suggestions on where to go? I have no idea!
