Making a Monogram

You can do it in either Word or Powerpoint. I personally prefer Powerpoint because I find it a bit easier to maneuver, but they both work fine.

The easiest way I have found to do them is this:

Insert WordArt - type in your married last name initial and choose font/size.

Insert WordArt again - type in Jane & John (bride and groom's first names) and choose font/size.

You can insert a 3rd WordArt with the date.

Now you can customize each set of WordArt and play around with location etc. to get the look you want. Click on Format WordArt to change colors. Then use the arrows on the edges of the WordArt to make larger/smaller.
