Making decisions makes my brain ache....

I've been feeling somewhat slack-ish as of late so I decided to get on the ball today and make some appointments while I'm off from my 2nd job this week!!

I've made:

PWP Florist - Today
Velvet - Today
Flower Michelle - Tomorrow
Flowers by Burton - Saturday

On a totally unrelated note........I ran my ideas/color scheme by my FH this weekend while we were taking a walk and OMG, HE HATES IT!!!! I wanted to die. I already had this super-clear vision of what I wanted, so we had a little tiff because I was pissed that he didn't mention this before when I told him what I wanted.....he said to me that I'm much more creative than what i've picked out and that he anticipated something a little more from me (that sounds bad....but trust me it's not.....my brain gets lazy and i tend to settle)

So I let it go....because honestly, he had a point. Now, i'm not critizising anyone here and what they have chosen for their day but originally I had wanted to do everything black & white except the flowers which would ONLY be red and ONLY be roses. FH doesn't like it because he thinks it's 'forced romance' and 'cheesy' to quote him. So I said 'fine, whatever' (still pissy, b/c i just couldn't let him know that he might be right ). Anyway to make a super-long story short I racked my brain up and down about how to change things without really changing them.....in doing so I realized that the only reason I had picked roses at the time was because i knew NOTHING about flowers.....now, having a much better idea of whats what I was able to find something that I liked even better then my original idea. I got some really beautiful flower ideas on the knot and google, so I'm going to stay with the black and white but I'm going to make my flowers a monocromatic combo of varying shades of purple (and maybe some blue) and some white thrown in (maybe some birch branches to make it look 'wintery'.) I showed FH some pictures i found last night and he liked this much better.

TO be humble about it (and since I got annoyed with him at first)I thanked FH yesterday for pushing me to use my brain and think up something else.....

anyway.....that's my story for the day.

Yea I get mad at FH for things he says about my ideas but then after sleeping on it HES RIGHT! and unfortunatley I have to tell him he is! hahahah
