Can anyone help me. I need to mail merge my wedding list addresses for my calligrapher in a word document. Should I pretend to do labels? My problem is I need to have them set up like this.
Guest 1 Address City, State Zip
Guest 2 Address City, State Zip

Which label template did you use? Most of them have two on one line and I need one only.

Avery. But look trough them, there are tons.
I actually did 6 lines but that's because I'm OCD and had her do 'outer' and 'inner' envelopes...see below:
Outer: Mr. and Mrs. Brian Smith 12 Lake Drive Old Bridge, New Hampshire 12345 Inner: Mr. and Mrs. Smith

Sorry...I just double checked!! 2160 was for favors. I actually created tables.
