I was told we do our menu choices around January. do they call to set it up or should we call them?

I went for my tasting in november, and when I asked that question, they told me they will call 2 months before to schedule a time. For me, it's about a 2 hour process lol

It depends on the place. Our reception hall sent us a letter asking us to call them and set up the appointment to make our menu selections. If you're concerned, you should call them up and ask.
By the way, we were in the same pre-cana group

you should call and go with a rough idea of what you want... my process only took a half hour but that's because we already knew what food we wanted.

I would maybe give them a call and try and set up a date to come in and do a tasting and pick your menu for the wedding.
Our RH said we can come in for a tasting whenever but I'm actually not sure of when we would finalize the menu. I would actually love to that sooner rather than later so I can start printing the menus now.

Cb sends you a letter when its your time to schedule. I haven't received mine yet so after I have mine you should get yours a few weeks later he said Jan for march weddings (2 months before the wedding)
