I got so much done this weekend, I actually feel like things are getting checked off the list! I finished 100 place card holders! I ordered my jewlery, and the bridesmaids, jewlery/gift! YAY! The countdown has begun. Now it's time to organize the guest list and get all the invitations addressed and ready to go out.l
Wow- that's wonderful! I'm getting married the day after you and I feel like we're getting nothing done! I know that we are- it just feels like we're standing still and time is flying by! I made a list of 'done' stuff and a list of 'to do' stuff and the to do like is 3-4 times longer than the done stuff- even though the done stuff is most of the major stuff!!!

Have you seen any vendors for invitations? It helps to actually look at the samples rather than pics from the internet. Try out Cathy, from Sweet Nut Hut. She is a vendor on the boards. That is where I got my invites, she spent so much time with us, until we found the perfect and affordable invite. And once she placed the order, it only took about a week for them to come in. we're still deciding on invitations too.
Ladies- FYI there's a vendor on this site who I'm going to meet with on Monday who does a 25-30% discount on the invitations (if she carries them). I was going to end up paying $145 more for my invites than I will if I book through her if I had just ordered them off of the invitation site!! So keep that in mind when you find something that you like. I went to the 'Vendors helping Brides' section and asked if anyone carried my invitation and she FM'd me. They were the ONLY invitations my FH and I really loved.
