Making tuna salad

I am using my Ultimate chopper....and I am making tuna salad. So far I have Tuna, Mayo, Cucumbers, Carrots, and Celery chopped up....

What else can I put in to make it taste more yummy....

Please give me your suggestions.

You must be some serious NO carb you're doing, not low carb then.
Low carbers can definitely have tomatoes and onions... or are you on induction?

Tomatoes have sugar and onions have a lot of carbs.....

As for the pickles, they were bad so I threw them out, but I added black pepper and olives....I guess thats it, right?

Ummmm, hate to break it to you Scott...carrots have just as much carbs as onion, and I believe they have more sugar. They both have about 10 carbs per cup chopped.
In fact, I believe that on Atkins (I know you're not doing Atkins, its just an example) in the induction stage, you are allowed one cup of tomato or onion a day...no carrots.

Anyway, that being said, I like to add some red horseradish to tuna. YUM!

But carrots have fiber too....And I belong to a low carb forum too...The people there all eat carrots....Im not on Atkins...I just like to watch my carbs....Danielle and I just eat low carb foods...Natural whole foods.
Thanks the tuna is done...but I didnt try the cinnamon...I will try that next time.

I know you are not on Atkins, as I said ,I was just making a point.

The onion has fiber too. I was talking net carbs...they are almost the same. So, saying that you can't have onion b/c you are doing low carb, but are eating carrots, just didn't make sense to me.

In fact, a cup of chopped tomatos only has about 6.5 net carbs. Just FYI
