I put a deposit down for my day of make up artist, but I didn't sign a contract or anything.... just wondering if any of you had something in writing. (I only have an email confirmation).
I'm just don't feel like its official til something is signed:) Anyone else?

I didn't have a written contract for hair or makeup. If it makes you feel more comfortable then you should tell her you would like one.

Always get something in writing. It protects you -- what if she doesn't show up? What if she overcharges you? I have always been very wary of anyone who works without a contract.

Same here, the only thing I had from her was her emails.
