i have been there before- it is huuuuuge!! you definitely need a couple days to see all the stuff... has some fun roller coasters

i went last year when i was in town for a business meeting. the amusement park area is definitely cool, and there's a nice aquarium, but the rest of the mall was pretty crappy in my opinion.

i wouldn't go to minnesota just to see the mall. but if you are planning a trip there for other reasons, it's not bad for a few hours.

i will have to look and see where we stayed.. we went there for a football game over a year ago so i don't remember off hand... i agree with a poster above that said i wouldn't go to minnesota just for the mall but check and see if there are other things in the area you are going to do

Ive been since I have family in the area. I agree with the others..I wouldnt go just for that but it is pretty cool. I think there are night clubs in there too but I didnt check that out since I was with my family. The downtown areas of the twin cities are nice too. What time of year were you thinking though? Cause winter there is pretty rough....
