I went to ask if they could take my measurements for an out of town wedding and the manager said is it a Macy's dress and I said no and she pretty much cut me off with a NO. I said, even though I bought my wedding gown here and before I could finish she again cut me off with an obnoxious sorry, no. I am so annoyed. I spent a lot of money there and they couldn't do something that would take not even 5 minutes out of courtesy . Do they think that kind of customer service will encourage more people to go there? I wasn't thrilled with them when I was getting my dress there and this was just the last straw. If you are looking for an ounce of coutesy while dress shopping, you should probably go elsewhere. Ugh! Sorry for the vent but I am so annoyed right now and really wish I had never spent a dime there.

That *****, they were great to me when I went, sorry for the bad experience, but the same thing happen to me a the Bridal Reflection in Massapequa. I think that no one wants to help anyone out unless they are getting something in return.

This is where I got my girls dresses.. and some of the girls are nasty.
Did you speak to the manager (she has red hair) - if you complain and tell her that you got a dress there and jsut needed measurements. She apologize and make sure you are ok everytime you go. Cause I was upset one time and she came to me apologize and took care of my girsl. after that everytime I was htere she said is everything going good and so forth.
But yeah it can get frustrating with them

They are so rude there. This does not suprise me. When I went looking for dresses the first time, I went there and they were so unhelpful and rude and after finding my dress, i went all the way out to Lake Grove when I live in Farmingdale. That's how much i just could not deal with them or give them the satisfaction of my business.
I am sorry to hear how rude they were. The customer service over there $ucks!!

Ill..that *****. Try a small boutique or wedding Salon. They are more helpful and will give you measurements.
