Manhasset Post Office- Rave
We mailed our invitations on Saturday out of the Manhasset post office on Plandome Road. Our teller was SUPER nice and VERY helpful. She found the most efficient and cost effective way for us to mail our invitations (including our overseas invitations) and she gave us the stamp to hand cancel the invitations ourselves right at the counter. In and out in less than an hour -- so nice!
P.S. I had previoulsy gone to the post office by Bryant Park in the city, and they told me i would have to pay a 20cent 'cardboard' surcharge to mail my invitations -- bc of the pocketfold. In Manhasset I just paid the regular 61 cent stamp cost for a 2 oz invitation-- no surcharge.
