What are you all doing for mani/pedis for the big day? French, gel, just a regular color? I love getting mani/pedis but I hate how careful I have to be for the 24 hours leading up to an occasion so I don't mess up my nails!
gel definitely because it won't get messed up and will last through the honeymoon! i may go dark on my toes and french with a black tip for my nails :) or just a nude with sparkle!
I'm definitely doing gel. Working in a restaurant, it's never worth paying for a manicure, so since I'm gonna get one for the big day, I'd like it to last!! Not sure if I'm doing French or just nude.
gel! I am getting a french gel mani. Its what I usually have all spring/summer anyway since it lasts so long. As for my toes I may get them a color to match our wedding scheme or french.

Oh and toes are going to the same color as my fingers minus the sparkle, I get weirded out if I don't match!!
Defiinitely gel! Just don't know how I'm going to do them yet.

This is huge for me as I'm a nail art wh*re. I usually have something insane, like rhinestones, glitter, or hand painted designs, but for the big day I have to de-ghettofy my nails or my mom will kill me. I'm thinking a nude polish with gold accents.

I was thinking gel french on my fingers and maybe a soft pink on my toes.
Definitely a gel! I already have a gel 75% of the time... the other 25% is for letting my poor fingers rest! My favorite color is Ballet Slippers by Essie and I have found a dupe in gel form at my salon - so exciting!
Looks like gel is the way to go! Whenever I get a regular manicure, I chip the next day.
I've never gotten gel before since I do my own nails most of the time. But for the wedding, I will definitely be getting gel so I can avoid chips!
I'm definitely doing gel, more specifically, shellac. I've only had it done once before when we went away and it lasted for two whole weeks and looked great. Not sure what color I'm getting though, I usually do an obnoxious hot pink color and I'm not sure that would work on the big day lol
I have had every single thing possible you can for my nails. I guess it is all the cleaning/cooking or constant washing but nothing lasts! I have gotten a shellac manicure and a gel manicure before and it lasts about a week max. My nails grow SUPER fast so I get growth in no time. I am planning to do shellac or gel for the wedding though because we are leaving for the honeymoon the very next day so I want something that I know will at least last from when I get them done to the wedding day and not have to worry about primping before we leave for our cruise. I plan on getting a french manicure and I am thinking of french on my toes too.
Probably just French. No gel or anything like that. Just a plain ol French manicure.
