Does it annoy you when people start talking to you while you're getting a pedicure and/or manicure?

Re: Mani/Pedi Question 1...
It drives me insane when people start talking to me at the salon...especially during my pedi! I just want to sit back and enjoy it. For whatever reason, these people never seem to catch on that I'm not interested in conversing.

I chose 'other'.
I am just not good at small talk and that makes me uncomfortable. If I had a 'regular' person I might not mind chatting after that initial discomfort.

That's even worse - when you show no interest, and they keep going!!!!

Re: Mani/Pedi Question 1...
For pedicures, I like quiet. For some reason, with haircuts and facials, I don't mind talking. I think it is because the place that I go for pedicures has a massage chair, so I like to just close my eyes and relax.
