Is anyone wearing a Mantilla veil (the old fashioned Spanish looking veils). I have my heart set on one, but I don't know if this is one of those things you look back on and say what was I thinking. I am not sure how it will look on and to be honest I have found very few vendors that even sell them. Any ideas/suggestions?

I am not planning to wear one, but my mom did. She showed me hers, and it was very heavy. Since I am getting married in August, I did not want to be dying under the weight of the veil. I think they are beautiful, and if you like the look, go for it.

they are BEAUTIFUL!! I would have totally wanted to wear one if it didn't totally clash with my gown..

My Mom's heart is set on me wearing one. Since I haven't begun to look for a gown yet I will look for one that looks good with a mantilla. I do think they are beautiful.

Well I really love mantilla veils, So far I found a couple of dresses that go nice with them. I'm getting married in July so I'll only be wearing the veil in the church and for some pics. If thats what you want go for it you can make it work!!

They are BEAUTIFUL!!! Dont be so worried about looking back on everything and saying what was I thinking. You will probably will do that, like everyone else does because things are always changing and so will you. If you love it now this is when you are getting married thtan do it!!!
