I want to give the guests staying at hotels for my wedding some directions/maps for the reception hall, my parents house for brunch and hotel. How did everyone else do this? I don't want to give all of the guests actual maps of long island.

Re: Maps
Why don't you include it on a seperate piece of paper in those that are invited with the invitation.

Re: Maps
You should use Mapquest and print out directions. Send them with a special invite to your parent's home, or put it in their hotel goodie-bag.

Re: Maps
What is did was make one larger map of long island. Then a did a close up of the main locations. I organized all of this on an 8.5x8.5 (cut down from a regular size) paper. I then folded the paper to be a square. The guests can unfold it see three maps with directions on the bottom. I hope this makes sense. It's a little hard to describe.

Re: Maps
Or you could map out each loaction seperately and include them. Thsi is my map of the rception place. You could have a similar one to match your theme for each location.
