March Brides

Hello, my name is Adrienne and I got engaged two weeks ago...still on cloud 9. I'm going to begin the process of looking at wedding venues this weekend! Yay! I'm so excited and overwhelmed at the same time. FH and I were thinking we'd like to get married on a Saturday in March 2014 and I was hoping that some of you can give me an idea of prices you were quoted for that time. We haven't decided on afternoon or evening yet, it's really not that important to us either way so any quotes are helpful. We're looking at Fox Hollow, Chateau Briand, Giorgios, Thatched Cottage and Larkfield manor but quotes for any venues would be helpful since we're just starting with these places and working from there. Thanks so much for any help you can give, i really appreciate it.

CRASHING*

I booked in January of this year for my October 2013 wedding and looked at Larkfield Manor, Giorgio's, and (obviously) Thatched Cottage. Out of the 3, Larkfield Manor was the most expensive, since they are doing construction this year. We were told that if we booked after construction started, it would be around $150 pp. Giorgio's was around $125 pp for a Sunday twilight wedding, and Thatched Cottage was a little less than $90 pp for our holiday weekend wedding. We had checked out the Riviera in Massapequa as well and that was around the same pp as Thatched Cottage.

Good luck!
