marconi manor??

Friends of ours got married there just a year ago, & they seemed mostly happy, but it seemed to me that some of the vendors were not the greatest. (it was a package deal, so they had to go with them) The DJ played what he was asked NOT to play, wouldn't take requests & the photographer was a bit in the way. The video was nice, but not the best quality.
Everything was perfect. Only one complaint.. ok I shouldn't say everything then. I was not fond of the florist or how they took care of the payment for everything. I used Burton's. I got a bill the Tuesday before the wedding and the wedding was on Sunday saying they wanted the money in full three days before the wedding which would be Thursday. I dont live close to them and they never mentioned about this 3 days thing in the contract. Needless to say I needed to send the money over night mail since I couldnt get over to the place that week of my wedding. The flowers were at the hall when I got there but the quality was not as nice as in the pictures, They looked a little wilted. Please post your e mail if you want more info.
