When you go down to town hall is it something they issue you there on the spot??? FH is working 2 jobs, 6 days a week 10 - 12 hr days and there is just no time he's available.

Yes they will give you the license to give to the officiant. But you have to both be there

its a quick process... just try to find a time that would work for both of you..it was hard for me too!

just show up with two forms of id, fill out a form and you get it on the spot
