I attended a friend's wedding last night at Marina Del Rey, Bronx. I had been there a few years ago for another wedding (which was amazing as well) but I was part of the bridal party and didn't really get a chance to enjoy the view as much as I did last night. The ceremony was outside and the weather was absolutely gorgeous. The views were amazing! You can walk on the pier and at night you have the city skyline lite up in the background with the Whitestone and Throggs neck bridges. The food at cocktail hour and the reception was amazing too. Everything i tried at CH was so good. I got so full that I couldn't even finish my entree. The VH was outside on the patio and there was so much to choose from... Overall I had a great time! You can't go wrong with Marina Del Rey. I just wanted to share with other brides having their wedding there or any bride that is thinking of having their wedding there.

A friend of mine had their reception at Marina Del Rey a couple years ago. The cocktail hour food was amazing. There was an awesome selection and everything was delicious. It was November and a little chilly, but it didn't stop us from going outside and walking by the water. The view there is amazing. My only complaint was that they wouldn't let anyone bring a bottle or glass out on the dance floor bc someone dropped theirs.

Thank you for the review. I heard a lot of good things about it but that was AFTER we already booked with Maestros so I didn't get a chance to see MDR. But very happy with Maestros & everyhting they included for us in our wedding (a fireworks show, a fire dance, & my fave - fresh mozzarella being made right in front of the guests)!

The food so good! That sucks that you couldnt drink n dance. Everyone pretty much had a glass with them while dancing.

Yeah, that's how it was until people started getting sloppy hahaha. I've been to weddings at other venues where like 4 glasses were dropped and the staff would just swoop in and clean it up and vanish. Good lord I'm terrified for what will happen at my wedding. I have a rowdy crew of friends and family!

I went to my older cousin's wedding there like 10 years ago...really nice then....food was delicious!
