we're pretty boring... we just use italian dressing for pork and terriyaki for steak and chicken. We have used some stuff called Saucy Susan which is apricot flavored, and we used it for some kind of ribs once. It was pretty good.

The best for chicken:

a bunch of chicken thighs & legs in a ziplock...

squeeze in juice of 1 lemon
3 cloves crushed garlic
1 tablespoon of Nutmeg
1 tablespoon of Cinnamon
2 or 3 tablespoons of olive oil

mush it around so everthing gets covered... let marinate over night- it's SO good.

For steak I use Salt, Pepper, cumin, crushed garlic and olive oil

My new favorite is Ken's Steakhouse Honey Terriaki mariande. It's so delish!

I also like the mccormack meat marinades - esp the southwestern one.

Sometimes we use some red wine for steaks.
