Tandoori marinade! The chicken comes out so soft and delicious!
I found the recipe on FoodTV.com. It's Emeril's recipe for Grilled Tandoori chicken. I hate Emeril but this is some YUMMY stuff!!

Re: Marinating Chicken
Believe it or not, Ken's brand Lite Ceasar (or regular Ceasar) dressing. Then put the chicken breasts on the BBQ, the George Forman, or just broiled in the oven, they come out great! This is also good for grilled vegetables (especially zucchini), just don't marinade the veggies too long.

Re: Marinating Chicken
You can also make your own marinade, when I bake chicken breasts in the oven I sprinkle with onion powder garlic powder garlic and pepper lemon and pepper a little soy sauce a litte Orange juice and a tiny bit of mustard
and sometimes I add a little bbq sauce too, it comes out REALLY YUMMY!!
