Has anyone used him, booked him, or met with him? From what I`ve heard, he does great work and you get alot for the money (1000 proofs?) I saw his website and his pictures are great. For those of you who used him, or booked him for a future date...I understand that there are multiple photographers that work for him....Which photographers do you think are the best? I`m especially interested in Candids and Black & White shots. Thanks for your help!
Personally, I think his website is a terrible representation of his photographers work. Definitely go visit his studio.
Lynn, Roy, Jack and Tony all have very good repuatations. Im using Lynn (who I love and did a great job on our engagement photos) and Laura (who I have never met, Mark assigned her to us so I can't say one way or the other)

I booked Lynn and Roy as my photographers. My suggestion is to plan for extra time when you met with him- as he runs late often. Also there are a ton of books to look thru, not just 3 or 4 like in most places. As I was looking thru the albums I put the ones I loved aside. That way Mark knew who's style I liked most.
Mark is not inexpensive, but does offer many different options. He does not have pre-packaged plans. You tell him what your needs are. For instance- I need 3 parent albums. He is also great about payment plans. I paid my deposit in (3) payments over 4 months. That helped us have money for some other stuff we needed too.
Some girls have found Mark to come on a bit too strong with the sales stuff. Don't be put off by it. I told him upfront that I was still wanted to see a few more people before making a decision. He offered to let me put a refundable deposit down to hold my date. But again, you do not have to do that.
His photographers do beautiful work and the quality of the photos/albums is great. Lots of B&W and color shots.
