I am gonna go tuesay around lunchtime just wondering if anyone else has done this and know approx. how long it takes (lines and what not) because even though I have of this is FH lunch break.
Also he works in Bellmore we figured th closest one was mineola is that right?

I heard you can be in there for housr, but I'm not too sure if that's true or not. We're going the end of next month for ours. OMG less than 60 days, we can get our marriage license already!!!

Tara- We're going today for ours. I called Mineola & they said they don't do it. You have to go to the Town of Hempstead to get it done. Their # is 516-489-5000. I will fill you in when I get back! -tracy

We're back. It only took about 15 min. All we needed was 2 forms of ID & $ 25.00 you can pay cash. So easy! One more thing off the list! YEAH!!!

Is it only Monday-Friday for marriage licenses?? Or are these offices open on Saturday also?
Eddie made me so mad today he failed to get his stuff together and then found out that his birth certificate is a copy and we need an original so now he has to find it or send away for it but then we will go most likely to the office in massapequaon hicksville road which is much closer than hempstead or mineola.

Tara-He doesn't need his birth cert. All he needs is a liscence & another form of id. (like his social security card) Or if he has a passport you can use that as well.

Oh really he does have a passport maybe I will try that then but we still have time either way and he should get a birth certificate to have.
But it is tax season maybe I should give my little CPA a break
