For all of you married ladies....when did you receive the marriage certificate in the mail?

i took my signed license to the office in downtown and got my marriage certificate in 10 mins!

It was there when I got back from the HM, so about 8 days.

Mine took a few weeks. Maybe 3, 3 1/2....

We got the certificate back (in our mailbox) the day we got back from the honeymoon (1 week after the wedding).

I'm still waiting for mine and it will be 4 weeks on the 9th...getting a little worried.

It's also the time of year (how busy the clerks office is as well as your officiant) that you get married- I know of couples that have waited two months for their certificate- if anything I would call the clerks' office first and if they didn't get it then to follow up with your officiant to see if they mailed it in.
