Marriage Counseling

My FH and I are going to a marriage counseling retreat this weekend which is required by my church. Did anyone attend one of these retreats and what were your experiences?

I would love to go to a retreat. My church required that we attend marriage counseling...thats it. My Pastor counsels us.

That should be a very spiritaul renewing experience. Please let us know how it goes.
