When should I go for mine?? I am getting married 3/26/04... How long is it good for? also one more question.... how long does it take to get a passport?

Shannon- the marriage license is only good for 60 days in NY, beginning 24 hours after you apply for it. So, you need to go within 60 days before your wedding date - for you, go after Janaury 26th. You can go to any Town Hall near where you live or in the 5 boroughs.
