You can go to any town hall. The licenses are good for 60 days so in 7 days you can go get it !!!!

We are making a trip to Oyster Bay town hall on Wed for FH's Birth certificate, to bad I couldn't just do it then.... I guess we will go over to town of Brookhaven in a week or so, when we have less than 60 days

We went to Hempstead THIS MORNING but are getting married in the Town of Brookhaven.

TIP: Call ahead and ask what forms of ID are acceptable. I planned on using my license and SS card, when I got there the woman said the SS card was not good enough! So I pulled every card I own out of my wallet and she wound up using my insurance card. I got so nervous!
