We live in Queens but will be getting married in Long Island. We plan on getting our license in Manhattan or Queens. For those of you who got your licenses in either borough, how long did it take? Thanks in advance.

Where in Queens are you? Because it might be worth your while to go to the North Hempstead Town Hall in Manhasset. We were in and out, and there were two couples there who had gotten fed up with the wait at the one in Queens. They said it was a zoo.
We live in Whitestone, so that was the most convenient for us anyway.
